Illinois Nut & Candy has teamed up with LifeSource for our 5th Annual blood drive scheduled for Sun. December 16, 2012 from 10:30am – 4:00pm.

A LifeSource Coach will be parked at our location on 3745 W Dempster (Map It)
Sweet treats and coupons will be available on the coach for those who donate and everyone donating will be entered into a drawing to win an autographed football signed by Chicago Bears safety Major Wright.
Give the gift of life by donating less than an hour of your time and in return you will receive the following:

Area wide donations are down once again this year and Illinois Nut & Candy has pledged to get 50 people to donate.
